Hydraulic Dumping Tricycle is a type of Tricycle Motorcycle that uses a hydraulic system to achieve unloading. Its appearance is similar to a regular Gasoline Tricycle, but it has more efficient and labor-saving characteristics in unloading. 1、 Structure

The hydraulic dump tricycle mainly consists of three parts: the body, hydraulic unloading system, and suspension system.

1. Vehicle body

The body of the hydraulic dump tricycle is made of steel material and has good toughness and corrosion resistance after special treatment. The bottom of the car body has a space for loading goods, while the upper part is equipped with auxiliary equipment such as a driver's seat and cargo fixing buckles.

2. Hydraulic unloading system

The hydraulic unloading system is the most important component of a hydraulic dump tricycle. It consists of components such as fuel tank, oil pump, oil pipe, sand discharge door, solenoid valve, and cylinder. The hydraulic system transports the oil extracted from the oil pump through the oil pipe to the sand discharge door. When the sand discharge door is opened, the oil enters the cylinder, causing the cylinder to move forward and pushing the cargo box to rise or tilt.

3. Suspension system

The suspension system consists of front and rear suspension, sliding bearings, wheels, axles, and other components. It mainly plays a role in supporting the vehicle body, buffering impact force, reducing vibration, and so on.

2、 Working principle

The unloading of a hydraulic dump tricycle is achieved through a hydraulic system. When unloading is required, the solenoid valve is opened, and hydraulic oil enters the cylinder through the oil pipe, causing the cylinder to move forward and push the cargo box to rise or tilt. At this point, the goods can be smoothly dumped out. After unloading, the solenoid valve is closed, the cylinder returns to its initial position, the sand discharge door is closed, and the hydraulic system stops working.

3、 Advantages and disadvantages

Hydraulic dump tricycles have a series of advantages such as high efficiency, labor saving, and safety:

1. Efficient: The hydraulic system is used for unloading, with fast unloading speed and high efficiency.

2. Labor saving: Compared to traditional manual unloading methods, hydraulic dump tricycles do not require manual excavation of goods, reducing physical labor and operational difficulty.
